Shipping
Orders placed on a business day before 3:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, we charge €3.95 in shipping costs. All packages are shipped insured and with tracking. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as the package has been shipped. If delivery is delayed, we will also notify you by email.
For shipping to Germany, we charge €15.00, and delivery may take one additional business day.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Phonesy covers the costs of returning the product. After registering your cancellation, you will receive a return label provided by Phonesy, with insurance included.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this reduction in value on to you. Please therefore handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has been received back in good condition.
