What does the condition of a device mean?
We honestly grade every device on three levels. That way, you know exactly what you’re getting in advance—without surprises.
At most, the very slightest signs of use, barely visible to the naked eye. Looks like new.
Very light signs of use that are barely noticeable.
Visible signs of use, such as scratches and possibly small dents—nothing that interferes with use.

Every device goes through our complete inspection process before it leaves our facility.
Function test on 30 functions
We test 30 different functions: screen, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, Face ID, connectivity, and more — certified by M360.
Battery & charging cycles
We measure the actual battery condition and the number of charge cycles, and document this with a photo. Always at least 85%.
Cosmetic inspection
The appearance is carefully assessed and classified at the appropriate condition level.
Clean & know
The device is thoroughly cleaned—including professional cleaning of the speakers and microphones—and all data is permanently erased.
